FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHAT FABRIC DO YOU USE?

100% cotton and cotton muslin.  Some other fabric blends may become available and will have their content listed. An optional third layer of nonwoven polypropylene is also available.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE UNTIL MY MASK IS READY?

Depending on volume of orders, most pickup orders will be ready within one week. For orders being shipped, most will ship out less than one week from placement date, and will be delivered 1-3 days from when order was shipped for domestic addresses, and 1-3 weeks for international.

CAN I CHOOSE MY FABRIC?

Absolutely! Check out our 'Fabric Options' page for an extensive selection, or if you already have a fabric in mind, we have a Custom Fabric Mask in the shop!

WHICH CLOSURE TYPE IS BEST?

It depends on what you're looking for. Ties and open elastic are adjustable, and recommended for children's masks. Behind the ear elastic is good for situations where you need your hair to be accessible, or want easy removal. Closed elastic is non-adjustable but very secure.

WHAT ARE THE CLOSURE TYPES?

There are four:

  • Elastic (behind the ears)

  • Elastic (behind the head)

  • Elastic (open ended)

  • Ties

Behind the ear elastic is made from woven polyester and polypropylene rubber. The other closures are made from t-shirt elastic.
 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Payment is accepted through PayPal, Venmo, CashApp and Wix Payments. Orders will not be available for pickup or shipping until payment has been received.

Made from t-shirt elastic and threaded through both sides of mask and knotted. This closure type can be adjustable with sliding cord lock.

Can be added to behind the ear elastic to make straps adjustable

OPEN ELASTIC

Made from t-shirt elastic and threaded through both sides of mask, but left untied. This closure type is adjustable and can be tied, or tightened with sliding cord lock.

TIES

Made from t-shirt elastic, each side of the mask has a tie on either corner. This closure type is adjustable.

BEHIND THE EARS

Each side of the mask has a looped elastic that is worn behind the ears. This closure type can be adjustable by adding sliders.
